Scope
These terms cover your use of this site and of the Scrapeshop service. The forms on this site collect the details you submit; how we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Plans and billing
The service is billed in credits according to the plan you choose, at the rates published on our pricing page. Only successful requests consume credits. A payment card is required to activate any plan, including Free. There are no long-term commitments: you may cancel or change plans at any time.
Service levels and warranty
The site and service are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Service-level commitments apply only where a custom SLA has been agreed with us in writing.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the service, including compliance with the terms of the sites you target and with the laws and regulations that apply to you. Don't attempt to flood our forms, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise abuse this site or the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Check this page periodically.
